Reliable sealing and excellent performance from:
1. The key components of the bellows seal gate valve are bellows. The lower end is welded with the valve stem and components by automatic roll welding, and the upper end is welded with the connecting plate automatically to form a metal barrier between the flowing medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem
2. The bellows are packed with double seal design, with double insurance, making the seal at the valve stem safer and more reliable, and in line with international sealing standards.
3. All bellows have 100% passed the escape test according to ISO15848 Class A standard before delivery; 100% of all bellows assemblies and valves pass standard Class A testing to ensure zero leakage.
4. The valve cover comes with a grease joint, which can directly lubricate the valve stem, nut and shaft sleeve, and does not want to add lubricating oil only to the thread
5. Ergonomic design, 4 inches and above can be customized impact type, longer service life, easier and more convenient operation
